NanoGap™ is one of our key technologies to achieve high lumen efficacy and high quality.

It is important to control the gap between LGP and the LEDs.  0.3mm gap is the best balance in lumen efficacy and quality.  Each additional 0.1mm gap will cause the lumen reduce by 2%. But if there is no gap, the LGP might expand with heat and crush the LEDs.

With a capacitor which is 0.3mm higher than the LED, our engineers found the perfect solution.  It can keep the tiniest gap, while prevent the LEDs from crushed.
